TEST AND APPROVAL
Before producing the Products, an electronic proof is made, which will be available for approval. The customer will be responsible for approval and requested changes. Once you approve the products, they cannot be changed or cancelled. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the proof, after they are discovered by the customer. Professional paginations do not include changes, a sample proof is sent. Before sending the files, with these files the customer can make the necessary or requested changes. All pieces designed in our studio bear our brand.
PRODUCTION
Production time starts from sample approval. Production time: Posters: 5-7 days Customized paper pieces (boxes, toppers, stickers, etc): 3-4 days (depending on quantities) Invitations: 4-5 days (may vary depending on quantity) These times are estimates and may vary by season.
DELIVERY
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your products will be sent for delivery according to the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process.
REGISTERED MAIL
Registered mail is a product that gives a greater degree of security to your order. It is the ideal solution for sending documents or important objects up to 2kg.
Delivery standard Continental national: up to 3 days Autonomous Regions: up to 5 days Europe: up to 10 days Rest of the World: up to 15 days Working days considered are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays If delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances, we will finish the job as soon as possible. The periods indicated above are merely indicative, even if they are representative of the average periods. They cannot, in any case, be a reason for compensation or cancellation of the order or possible refund. Karla Festa is not responsible for damages caused during delivery. It is the customer's obligation to ensure the correct receipt of the order. This includes, in particular, the complete and correct insertion of the delivery address as well as the provision of an email box containing the name of the recipient. If the package containing your order is returned to Karla Festa, as a result of a customer error (for example, incorrect/incomplete delivery address, unknown/incomplete recipient, refused receipt, object not picked up at the station at the delivery points in the deadline), you will not be able to claim any compensation or reprint and you will be charged the postage for a new shipment. If the order is shipped within the production period and if the shipment is delayed for external reasons, you will not be able to request a refund.
RESPONSIBILITY
Karla Festa is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of photographic products, based on the information provided by the customer, after approval of the sample. As the products will be designed or customized to specification, you will not have the right to cancel the supply of any product once the order has been placed. It is allowed: -Personal use of the files, to decorate your party or event.
It's forbidden:
-Resell, distribute or share any of the Karla Festa purchase designs in digital or printed format; - Change or create new designs from the kit/invitation purchased;
-Remove or cover our brand present in the articles;

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal conditions of sale have been drawn up under Portuguese law. In case of conflict in the interpretation of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be that of the buyer's domicile and, alternatively, the Courts of Porto.
MODIFICATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE LEGAL NOTICE
These conditions can be modified at any time, taking into account the evolution of this website and the content offered therein. In this case, users will be informed of these modifications by notice on the home page.
