RETURN POLICY
We make a refund (100%, not including shipping) for lack of stock of any product purchased in our store.
We do not issue refunds caused by the difference in print quality, as the articles may undergo changes in print quality to the photo originally sent or even images of themes sent, nor for any error in the writing of the product, image etc, provided by the customer, after sample has been sent for approval.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. We do not exchange products damaged in transit. If you need to exchange for the same product, please send an email to karlacarolina.karlafesta@gmail.com with the number of order send your order number, or a letter to our address indicated on the website.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and returning will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are going to ship a product over €50, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
